高壓(ya)真(zhen)空斷路器(qi)采用了一種全新的高可靠永磁操動(dong)(dong)結(jie)構(gou)。這種結(jie)構(gou)工作時只有一個主要運動(dong)(dong)部件(jian),無(wu)需(xu)機械脫、鎖扣裝(zhuang)置,故障源(yuan)少(shao),可靠性(xing)較高,且使用壽(shou)命長(chang),一般達10萬次以上,可同時控制(zhi)分(fen)合(he)閘(zha)相位,實現同步(bu)控制(zhi),從而減(jian)少(shao)過(guo)電壓(ya)和(he)涌(yong)流對系統的沖擊,提高系統整體壽(shou)命。

(1)采用雙穩態機(ji)構(gou)設計。這種磁力機(ji)構(gou)具有永久磁鐵(tie)和分(fen)(fen)閘、合閘控(kong)制線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)。當(dang)合閘控(kong)制線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)通電后(hou),它使動鐵(tie)心向下運(yun)動,并(bing)由永久磁鐵(tie)保持在合閘位(wei)置(zhi)。當(dang)分(fen)(fen)閘控(kong)制線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)通電后(hou),動鐵(tie)心向反方(fang)向運(yun)動,同樣由永磁鐵(tie)將它保持在另一個工作位(wei)置(zhi)即(ji)分(fen)(fen)閘位(wei)置(zhi)上。合閘和分(fen)(fen)閘位(wei)置(zhi)均采用永磁鎖扣(kou)。
(2)由動鐵心(xin)的上(shang)下運動,通(tong)過(guo)拐臂桿(gan),絕緣拉桿(gan)作用于真空滅弧室(shi)的動觸頭(tou),實現(xian)合閘或(huo)分閘。
(3)雙線圈分(fen)別控(kong)制(zhi)分(fen)合(he)閘操作。即分(fen)閘通過分(fen)閘線圈控(kong)制(zhi),合(he)閘通過合(he)閘線圈控(kong)制(zhi)。提高了機構的可靠性。
(4)新的(de)磁(ci)路設計。增大合(he)、分閘的(de)保持(chi)力,減小對(dui)合(he)、分閘時(shi)線圈電(dian)流(liu)的(de)要求(qiu)。
(5)解(jie)決合(he)閘彈跳問(wen)題。設計軟連接、觸(chu)頭(tou)輔助壓簧和聚(ju)碳酸脂模鑄外(wai)殼,解(jie)決合(he)閘彈跳問(wen)題。
(6)控制首(shou)開相(xiang)燃弧時間(jian),使首(shou)開相(xiang)燃弧時間(jian)控制在1ms。
(7)解(jie)決(jue)分閘反彈(dan)問題。設計中(zhong)增(zeng)加動(dong)觸(chu)頭(tou)壓(ya)簧,保證分閘時動(dong)觸(chu)頭(tou)不反彈(dan)。
(8)保證(zheng)三相操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)的同(tong)期性。設計操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)機構的下部基(ji)座(zuo)聯(lian)動軸。保證(zheng)三相同(tong)時進行分(fen)合閘操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)的同(tong)期性。同(tong)時可利用(yong)此聯(lian)動軸實現閉(bi)鎖等輔助功(gong)能。
(9)用(yong)磁(ci)控(kong)開(kai)關做輔助觸點,輔助觸點裝在聯動(dong)軸上,不需(xu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)械元件,簡(jian)(jian)便可(ke)靠(kao)設(she)備絕緣水平(ping)高(gao)、結構簡(jian)(jian)單、開(kai)斷能力(li)強(qiang)、斷路開(kai)斷電(dian)(dian)流大、壽(shou)命長(chang)、且具有(you)無爆炸(zha)、無污(wu)染、噪音低、體(ti)積孝(xiao)重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)輕、免維護等(deng)特點。MDS系列0.6-35kV永磁(ci)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構真空斷路器(qi)具有(you)壽(shou)命長(chang)、可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)高(gao)、開(kai)斷能力(li)強(qiang)、斷路開(kai)斷電(dian)(dian)流大、體(ti)積孝(xiao)重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)輕、結構簡(jian)(jian)單、免維護等(deng)顯著優(you)點。因此,可(ke)作(zuo)(zuo)為220kV、110kV、35kV變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站、發電(dian)(dian)廠和10kV的(de)(de)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)所及煤炭、冶(ye)金等(deng)重(zhong)(zhong)工行業的(de)(de)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)系統(tong)的(de)(de)主要(yao)開(kai)關設(she)備。永磁(ci)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構采用(yong)了一(yi)種全新的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)原(yuan)理和結構,工作(zuo)(zuo)時主要(yao)運動(dong)部件只有(you)一(yi)個(ge),無需(xu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構脫、鎖扣(kou)裝置,故障源少,與傳統(tong)的(de)(de)彈簧(huang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構和電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構相比具有(you)較高(gao)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing),因而成(cheng)為開(kai)關制(zhi)造企業和電(dian)(dian)網(wang)企業關注的(de)(de)熱點。
